How We Use Your Information

Primary Purpose: Facilitate pastoral care and spiritual support from the church you visited.

2. Enable follow-up invitations from church staff/volunteers

5. Maintain conversation history for context in two-way messaging

• Opted-out: Marked as opted-out indefinitely (to honor your opt-out)
• Inactive: After 2 years of no engagement, data may be archived or deleted

Your Responsibility

• Keep your phone secure (anyone with access to your phone can read messages)
• Report suspicious messages to the church or us immediately

Your Rights & Choices

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If a parent/guardian provides their child's information during kids check-in, the parent's phone number is used for communication (not the child's).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance.
